Job Summary

Install and repair telematics systems and devices on vehicles and construction/heavy equipment. Perform ignition system replacements and integrate keypad and telematics communications, working across setups from basic power/ground to complex wiring involving CAN networks. Troubleshoot issues, travel to client sites and EquipmentShare rental yards across the region, and support the company’s platform and brand while working in the field. Overtime and occasional weekend/on-call scheduling may apply.

•Install telematics systems and devices on vehicles, construction equipment, heavy equipment, and customer assets.
•Operate machinery at times during installation for testing purposes.
•Remove and replace ignition systems without custom keypad/controller, then integrate keypad-to-telematics communication.
•Handle installation scenarios from basic wiring (power, ignition, ground) to complex custom wiring harnesses when accessing CAN networks.
•Travel to client sites or EquipmentShare rental yards for installation cases and resolve installation problems as needed.

•Ability to own tools (with a few specialty tools provided by the company) and maintain excellent attention to detail.
•Clean driving record; open to traveling within a 250-mile radius of the local branch and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
