Drive cross-border growth initiatives for India and South Asia, moving from strategy to go-to-market execution as an individual contributor. Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end go-to-market execution for major cross-border initiatives, including business case and execution plan development.
•Partner with India and South Asia business leadership to shape cross-border strategy and prioritize opportunities using data-driven insights.
•Develop issuer segmentation and cardholder engagement strategies; analyze portfolio data and industry benchmarks to design interventions and monitor performance.
•Coordinate cross-functional program execution with teams including Client Services, Marketing, Analytics, and Risk to drive cross-border success rates.
•Establish governance and reporting (dashboards, reviews, escalation paths) and contribute to annual planning, budgets, and revenue targets.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant experience in retail banking, cards, or payments focused on portfolio growth, partnerships, or business development.
•MBA from a Tier-1 institution is strongly preferred.
•Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite leaders.
•Strong execution mindset with excellent program management skills to translate strategy into actionable plans.
•Analytical, data-driven approach to turn portfolio analytics into measurable business outcomes.
