Key Responsibilities

•Provide cost management services for projects across Australia, supporting Clients with cost planning, estimation, cost control and reporting.
•Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to prepare accurate cost plans, budgets and bids, ensuring value optimization.
•Utilize CostX and standard industry practices to deliver timely, accurate cost information and forecasts.
•Prepare concise written reports and bid documentation in English for clients and internal teams.
•Demonstrate attention to detail and work both autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Requirements

•A recognised Degree Qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
•MRICS / AIQS accreditation ideal
•Relevant work experience, ideally in a consultancy environment
•Proficient in the use of CostX advantageous
•Ability to demonstrate attention to detail; Team player with the ability to work autonomously
