•Financial Planning & Budgeting: Run end-to-end budgeting and planning cycles. Own the annual budget process, quarterly reforecasts, and rolling financial plans that keep leadership aligned on where the business is heading.
•Financial Modeling: Build, maintain, and continuously improve Excel-based financial models. Develop forward-looking forecasts—not just historical analysis—that inform strategic decisions across the company.
•Data & Systems: Analyze and maintain financial data systems. Ensure data integrity, streamline reporting pipelines, and turn raw financial data into clear, actionable insights.
•Stakeholder Communication: Communicate crisply and directly to senior leadership. Identify key stakeholders, manage relationships across functions, and translate financial complexity into straightforward narratives.
•Process Building: Standardize workflows and stand up FP&A processes from scratch. This isn’t a variance-analysis-in-a-cubicle job—it’s effectively an ops role, building the financial planning function at a high-growth deep tech company.

Pay and Benefits
