Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform assembly and testing of production aerospace hardware within systems, procedures, and certified operator requirements.
  • •Develop functional test setups and perform low to moderate complexity product testing using test equipment and acceptance test documents.
  • •Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety standards and maintain Certified Operator status including required training/certifications and ERP data entry.
  • •Evaluate mechanical systems, use common assembly tools and measuring equipment, and follow non-conforming material processes; generate non-conforming hardware documentation.
  • •Coordinate with the Production Supervisor on production needs (part availability, equipment, production status, and schedule updates) to support on-time delivery.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
  • •2 years of relevant manufacturing/mechanical experience or military experience.
  • •Previous experience using various hand tools and measuring equipment.
  • •Ability to independently perform low to moderate complexity assembly and test operations following written instructions.
  • •Basic understanding of pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems and ability to troubleshoot low to moderate issues with minimal supervision.
