Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage with design and construction teams to support environment and sustainability goals across buildings and master planning projects.
  • •Deliver Environmental and Social Due Diligence (ESDD) and lender/technical advisory environment services, including E&S risk assessment for corporate mergers and acquisitions.
  • •Project manage and author large-scale environmental projects and strategies such as EIA, SEA, CEMP, and pollution prevention frameworks.
  • •Manage the preparation and technical review of EIA/ESIA/ESDD studies, including specialist chapter reviews.
  • •Engage with clients and stakeholders, manage tenders for new work, and meet project profit targets.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of professional experience with strong knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices, including ESIA/E&S due diligence work.
  • •A detailed understanding of EIA processes, environmental assessment methods, and applicable planning legislation.
  • •BSc and MSc in a relevant environmental or engineering discipline.
  • •Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., IEMA or equivalent) and preferably chartered status.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, organizational skills, and robust project/time/financial management.
