Key Requirements

  • •8+ years developing AI and machine learning systems in production, including leading technical initiatives across multiple teams or systems.
  • •Strong software engineering fundamentals (testing, CI/CD, system design, code review) with experience building evaluation infrastructure and shared tooling for LLM-based systems.
  • •Proven ability to set technical direction and engineering standards at an organizational level, beyond a single team or codebase.
  • •Experience scaling applications using LLMs, generative AI, prompt engineering, RAG, and iterative AI evaluations in production.
  • •BS/MS in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field; remote role requires applicants be authorized to work in the U.S. and the company cannot sponsor visas.
