Job Summary

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, and CSM for public sector clients. Work closely with analysts and architects to deliver scalable, secure platform enhancements in secure government environments, using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs, and contributing through the full SDLC.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, and CSM.
•Develop custom applications, workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and script includes using JavaScript and the ServiceNow platform APIs.
•Implement and configure ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
•Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, best-practice ServiceNow solutions.
•Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on platform development across multiple modules
•Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, script includes, and flow designer)
•Experience configuring and developing ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB) and ITOM/HRSD/SecOps/GRC/CSM
•Experience with REST, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server for integrations
•Experience with ServiceNow update sets, ATF (Automated Test Framework), and instance cloning. Dynamic ITIL v3/v4 understanding; able to work in Agile/Scrum environments with Jira/Confluence and communicate effectively
