Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage lender-approved construction draw processing and documentation across all stages, from loan approval through final funding.
  • •Establish and maintain master funding ledgers; verify and allocate project equity and ensure budgets and funding sources balance for each draw.
  • •Coordinate fund control requests, project inspections, and post-closing meetings with lending/disbursement teams, borrowers, and project teams.
  • •Prepare funding packages, submit for approval, disburse draws using the appropriate funding source, and notify recipients of funds.
  • •Manage mechanics’ lien detection/resolution and review construction contracts, budgets, endorsements, preliminary notices, and audit construction files for compliance and audit readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •7-10 years of construction disbursement processing experience or equivalent required.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
