Manage processing of lender-approved commercial real estate construction draws from loan approval through final funding. Work with contractors, inspection firms, fund control companies, title insurers, borrowers, accountants, lenders, and clients to ensure accurate, responsive disbursements on complex loans. Establish and maintain master funding ledgers, verify equity payments, coordinate inspections, resolve mechanic’s lien issues, prepare funding documentation packages, and perform audits for compliance and audit readiness.
