Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet premium passengers in the lounge, introduce lounge services, and provide assistance to maintain loyalty.
  • •Liaise with service providers and supervise contracted staff to ensure catering, cleaning, and maintenance standards are met.
  • •Assist operational staff with passenger needs, including seat changes, boarding-card issuance, transit passenger check-in, reservation changes, and lounge boarding (where applicable).
  • •Keep lounge passengers informed about flight departures and other relevant flight information.
  • •Complete reports and statistical data, record inwards goods and confirm invoices, assist with stock control, and support audits/corrective actions as directed.

Key Requirements

  • •Good standard of secondary education.
  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing service role.
  • •Experience in the hotel, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred.
  • •Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • •Fluent in spoken and written Russian and English, with excellent customer-service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
