Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform functions for wafer production operations, equipment, process, and training across functional areas.
  • •Maintain and repair equipment; troubleshoot, support defect reduction, and perform duties required for Fab objectives.
  • •Use technical manuals, specifications, drawings/diagrams, and schematics to execute work and communicate issues.
  • •Work with test equipment and problem-solving techniques to support stable, high-output production.
  • •Maintain availability for compressed work week scheduling and rotating shift coverage as needed for the fabrication sites listed.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing required PPE and lifting up to 35 pounds four times a day.
  • •Minimum qualifications: BS STEM related to Semi. Mfg (MET) / BS STEM (operator) (or equivalent TG requirement) OR HS/GED/non-semi degree with 4+ years hands-on related experience.
  • •Minimum qualifications: HS/GED/non-semi degree with 2.5+ years related equipment maintenance experience OR 3+ year technical/trade certification OR 3+ years technical experience.
  • •Minimum qualifications: Associate degree STEM related to semi. Mfg (MET) / STEM (operator) with 2+ years related equipment maintenance experience.
  • •Willingness to work a compressed work week (three consecutive 12-hour shifts followed by a four-day work week every other week) and be available across all shifts as needed.
