Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, develop, and support the Product Assurance Team, ensuring high performance, resource planning, and colleague development.
  • •Oversee Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with robust quality assurance standards and governance.
  • •Manage stakeholder relationships across operational, technical, and business teams as a trusted point of contact for product and testing.
  • •Lead the development, quality assurance, and distribution of learning materials and training content through the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • •Drive continuous improvement and monitor delivery against sprint plans and project milestones, including assurance, reporting, and escalation management as required.
