Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business PMOs and finance controllers to run initiative review cadences across work packages, coordinating follow-ups to ensure timely closure of actions and decisions.
  • •Maintain program governance artifacts including status reports, action logs, decision logs, and change records, and continuously improve a digital initiative tracking system with dashboards and automated workflows.
  • •Identify and resolve data gaps, discrepancies, and reporting issues, ensuring high data accuracy (target ≥95%) before dashboards and reports are finalized.
  • •Coordinate weekly sprint and review meetings for assigned work packages, preparing materials covering progress, risks, actions, and milestones and tracking ownership and timelines.
  • •Prepare program updates, dashboards, and communication materials for leadership and governance forums, highlighting critical risks, dependencies, and issues.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of experience supporting Program Management/PMO, business analytics, finance support, or similar structured roles.
  • •Strong Excel and Power BI capabilities.
  • •Engineering or Commerce graduate.
  • •Ability to maintain high data accuracy (target ≥95%) through structured checks and validation before dashboards/reports are finalized.
  • •PMP preferred.
