Job Summary

Own the customer journey for the Quince Germany site and mobile apps, combining site merchandising with storytelling, strategy, and data. Lead end-to-end merchandising, optimize discovery and personalization, and drive SEO and organic growth. Partner with Marketing, Creative, Category Management, Engineering, and Data to localize experiences, improve tooling and automation, and use analytics and experimentation to raise engagement and conversion—especially across key selling moments.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end merchandising strategy for the Quince Germany website and mobile apps, delivering a seamless customer experience.
•Manage and optimize merchandising tools and platforms for product discovery, personalization, and site/app performance.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to align onsite experiences with seasonal campaigns, assortment shifts, and brand priorities.
•Use analytics, testing, and experimentation to improve site navigation, product placement, and content engagement.
•Own SEO and organic growth initiatives, including content automation, metadata/semantic optimization for crawlability and AI search ranking.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience with at least 8 years in ecommerce, digital merchandising, site optimization, or growth/SEO, including 3 years leading a team.
•Proven end-to-end customer journey ownership across web and app for a high-volume consumer brand.
•Experience leading merchandising or digital experience for an international/multi-market business with strong localization expertise.
•Hands-on analytics and experimentation skills, including A/B testing and tools such as GA4, Amplitude, and Mixpanel.
•Advanced SEO fundamentals (metadata, internal linking, site structure, schema markup, crawlability) plus strong communication and organizational skills.
