Key Responsibilities

  • •Initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors, generating new business opportunities through strategic inbound calling and prospecting into enterprise companies.
  • •Collaborate with the Account Executive team across EMEA to develop sales activity and build relationships with prospects for Workday.
  • •Apply consultative selling skills to position Workday as a viable alternative to legacy solutions and educate the market on our technology and applications.
  • •Work with other departments within Workday (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to support sales processes and customer engagement.
  • •Participate in intensive training and certification programs and internal career development activities to progress within the company.

Key Requirements

  • •1 year of experience in sales, sales development, recruitment, customer service, renewals, consulting, apprenticeships or internships
  • •Salesforce knowledge is a plus
  • •credible value proposition: ability to articulate the value and potential of technology
  • •candid communication & trust building: excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
