Job Summary

Manage and execute capital growth and maintenance projects for the Natural Gas Liquids segment, from conception through completion. Lead engineering design, environmental permitting, right-of-way acquisition, materials specification/procurement, contractor management, construction oversight, and progress reporting. Support DOT 195 pipeline and facility projects or PSM NGL fractionation and storage projects, performing technical analysis (including sizing, hydraulic calculations, and load studies) to deliver safe, reliable energy infrastructure with occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Direct and/or perform engineering and/or project management activities for asset design, procurement, construction, and optimization across transmission/gathering systems and processing/storage facilities.
•Provide technical engineering assistance on equipment/system design, pipeline sizing/evaluation, pipeline control, and design/construction/operation/maintenance.
•Execute project management tasks including bid proposals and contracts, AFE preparation and cost management, MOC, specifications/selection, schedules, reports, and change order management.
•Complete engineering analyses such as hydraulic calculations, valve and pipeline sizing, gas flow analysis, and load studies to evaluate proposed projects.
•Assess, schedule, and prioritize projects; identify improvement opportunities and implement new processes with limited supervision (with possible oversight of field operations/project personnel).

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 166,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field.
•7+ years of experience in engineering, operations and/or project management (at this level).
•Experience and knowledge of engineering design criteria for natural gas and/or NGLs in pipeline systems.
•Experience using engineering/project tools including Microsoft Excel, Project, Access, and Word.
•Ability to read and interpret regulations, blueprints, contracts, specifications, surveys, charts, and load studies, and manage competing deadlines.
