Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the ERM team in delivering ERM programs to evolve risk management and protect the company.
  • •Execute and support RCSA processes, including QA review of submissions for consistency in risk identification, control rating, and residual scoring.
  • •Build and deliver data insights across the ERM scope and support aggregate risk reporting for senior stakeholders across regions and functions.
  • •Query and monitor the risk system of record (GoRO) to identify and address data quality issues in risk, control, and scoring data.
  • •Develop interactive risk profile dashboards and support change management, documentation, and executive-facing risk updates.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD, PhD).
  • •Experience executing risk programs (Operational, Enterprise, Information Security, Technology, and/or audit programs).
  • •Strong knowledge of, or enthusiasm for, AI tools applied to risk management analysis and reporting.
  • •Ability to communicate complex issues clearly, turning research and raw data into hard numbers and strategic insights.
  • •Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and regulatory requirements applicable to the payments and card industry.
