  • •Own the global industry events strategy end-to-end, setting vision, prioritization, and investment approach for events across AMER and EMEA.
  • •Manage and develop direct reports, setting goals, coaching, and building capability for independent regional execution.
  • •Build and continuously evolve a global event portfolio that aligns regional programs to a coherent global strategy and brand standards.
  • •Define and track measurement frameworks with KPIs and reporting standards to compare and optimize performance across regions.
  • •Oversee global event budgets in partnership with Finance and Procurement and analyze qualitative/quantitative results to inform future cycles.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing, including leading global or multi-region event portfolios.
  • •Experience building and scaling a global event portfolio and establishing measurement frameworks to track output and ROI.
  • •2+ years of direct people management experience, developing managers and enabling independent end-to-end execution.
  • •Cross-functional experience at a senior level with Marketing, Sales, Field Marketing, Finance, Procurement, and external vendors/agencies across multiple regions.
  • •Ability to operate strategically and executionally while managing competing regional priorities and shifting requirements at scale.
