Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with the day-to-day running of the Ticketing Department and contribute to core commercial targets.
  • •Assist with management of the Priority site and support partners’ requirements with accurate, timely reporting.
  • •Monitor all on-sales that impact the Priority site.
  • •Produce regular allocation and presale statistics for presentation to partners and the Finance department.
  • •Collate and send venue ticket sales to the relevant distribution list as instructed, plus perform ad hoc duties as directed by management.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in ticketing platforms/systems and/or a box office environment (preferred but not essential).
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
  • •Outstanding attention to detail and professionalism when handling sensitive and embargoed information.
  • •Ability to work to deadlines with excellent time management and flexible support throughout the day.
