Job Summary

Drive day-to-day operations of the Virgin Red credit program and associated technologies, partnering with Synchrony teams and the retail client to deliver continual service improvements. Own technology solutions that support growth, productivity, and compliance goals, including Agile-driven development, client integration, and functional/user acceptance testing. Provide production support and on-call coverage, manage project status and milestones, and align partner and Synchrony technology processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide relationship management, project management, production support, and technical expertise for Synchrony partners under the Digital sales platform.
•Drive day-to-day operations of the Virgin Red credit program and related technologies, including continual service improvements and operational metrics.
•Develop creative technology solutions to support business strategy, resolve issues, and meet growth, productivity, and compliance objectives.
•Lead technology development initiatives using Agile, including client integration and functional/user acceptance testing.
•Maintain and communicate project status, milestones, and critical issues; participate in on-call rotation for production issues affecting partners and cardholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree and 4 years of Technology experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of Technology experience.
•Minimum 2 years leading initiatives, including gathering business requirements, planning enhancements, and delivering using Waterfall/SDLC or Agile frameworks.
•Strong verbal, written, and client communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations across business, partners, teams, leadership, and external groups.
•Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
