Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage all interface activities across aviation stakeholders (government bodies, airport operators, contractors, consultants, utilities, and internal teams).
  • •Establish and maintain effective communication channels to ensure seamless coordination between all project parties.
  • •Identify, track, and resolve interface issues that could affect project progress, technical delivery, or schedule performance.
  • •Develop, implement, and maintain structured Stakeholder Engagement Plans to ensure alignment throughout all project phases.
  • •Facilitate interface workshops, coordination meetings, and technical discussions with project stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a relevant field.
  • •20+ years of experience in interface management, stakeholder management, or project coordination within large-scale aviation or major infrastructure projects.
  • •Experience working with airport authorities, regulatory bodies, or large PMC/consultancy organisations (highly preferred).
  • •Strong technical understanding of aviation infrastructure, design processes, construction interfaces, and multi-party coordination.
  • •Proven track record resolving complex interface issues in fast-paced project environments.
