Ensure adherence to internal policies and IRS guidelines, manage due diligence and escheatment processes, and improve operational quality through procedure updates, training materials, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, Legal, Audit, and other teams.

•Perform complex deposit operations with accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail.
•Support audits, reporting, and documentation efforts across assigned functions.
•Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and IRS guidelines for assigned products.
•Serve as a resource for specialized products including escrow, IRA/HSA, IOLA/IOLTA, and abandoned property; provide guidance to branches and internal partners.
•Develop and maintain procedures, training materials, and reference documentation; identify process gaps and recommend enhancements.

•Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and core banking systems; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
