Key Responsibilities

•Lead strategic customer analytics and insight across one or more Customer Analytics domains by clarifying questions, evaluating opportunities, and measuring performance.
•Own high-impact analytics across the customer journey (funnel performance, segmentation, conversion, engagement, retention, expansion, and long-term value) and define/govern KPIs.
•Support decision-making through advanced analytics, experimentation/measurement strategies (including A/B tests and pilots), and impact evaluation, forecasting, and predictive analytics.
•Build executive-ready narratives and executive-ready communication by presenting findings, recommendations, dashboards, and decision frameworks to leaders.
•Advance scalable analytics and AI-enabled workflows by partnering on data foundation/semantic layer and self-serve capabilities, and mentoring analysts through influence.
