Job Summary

Deliver a high-touch customer experience by guiding sellers through the CarMax appraisal process. Build rapport quickly, explain the appraisal steps, and communicate effectively in person and by phone to understand motivations and follow up. Facilitate discovery, present offers, and address objections while accurately collecting and entering data. Maintain professionalism under pressure and follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements in a fast-paced store environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver outstanding customer service throughout every customer interaction.
•Build rapport quickly and confidently explain the CarMax appraisal process to customers.
•Communicate in person and by phone to understand motivations and follow up with undecided sellers.
•Facilitate appraisal steps, including discovery, presenting offers, and addressing objections.
•Accurately collect and input data to support appraisal offers while maintaining composure and following EH&S requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 11.5 hourly
