Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a project team of engineers, consultants, and contractors through engineering, procurement, and construction.
  • •Manage design deliverables including drawings, documentation, and reports for large commercial or industrial facility and infrastructure projects.
  • •Write, negotiate, and manage construction contracts with subcontractors across multiple disciplines from conceptual design through closeout and activation.
  • •Lead and/or contribute to the design of HVAC systems, plus tubing and piping systems using fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and heat transfer knowledge.
  • •Coordinate simultaneous projects, oversee budgeting and cost forecasting, and resolve design and construction conflicts in the field.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or another engineering discipline.
  • •2+ years of professional experience designing and building large commercial or industrial-type projects.
  • •Experience with mechanical/process piping and/or HVAC system design and project execution.
  • •Experience executing construction engineering and managing parts of the engineering, procurement, and construction process.
  • •Familiarity with relevant codes/standards such as ASME, ASHRAE, and building code requirements.
