Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the receiving process at the fulfillment center, including visibility preparation for the 3PL and resource planning to ensure timely information.
  • •Coordinate the returns process, ensuring RA (Returns Authorization) created in SAP are received, processed in WMS, and correctly posted in SAP.
  • •Monitor returns per channel productivity and identify initiatives to improve goods flow, including analysis of refurbishing to increase A-grade availability.
  • •Ensure compliance with returns global policies by training and supervising 3PL operational personnel and required teams.
  • •Register and report the status of returns and claims on DocuSign, Sales Force, and adiComp, and support process/system improvement projects for inbound operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Industrial Engineering university degree (or equivalent).
  • •SCM or Logistics specialization course.
  • •SAP and/or WMS experience.
  • •Minimum 4 years of experience in Logistics/SCM.
  • •Intermediate English level.
