Supervisor Inbound (Bogota, Distrito Capital de Bogota, CO)

Coordinate inbound receiving and returns operations for products coming from imports and customer returns at the fulfillment center. You will work closely with 3PL partners to ensure timely availability, manage SAP/WMS processes (including returns authorizations), monitor returns productivity by channel, and support process improvement and invoice validation. The role also includes training and supervising relevant teams to maintain compliance with returns policies and quality defect classification.
