Job Summary

Serve as a banking specialist for high net worth and ultra high net worth clients, providing deposit and lending expertise to deliver advice-based solutions. Build and manage a personal pipeline, earn referrals, and partner with Wealth Management Advisors and Centers of Influence to drive new business. Lead Life360-based cross-selling, use CRM to track opportunities, and manage risk by maintaining strong credit/underwriting discipline and resolving client banking issues.

Key Responsibilities

•Prospect and build your own pipeline of clients and opportunities.
•Earn referrals from clients and internal partners, and partner with WMA and Centers of Influence to maximize new business.
•Follow the Life360 process to identify cross-selling opportunities and deliver products/services aligned to client goals.
•Manage deposit and lending balance sheet activities to increase profitability and enhance the client relationship.
•Use CRM to track prospects and close; take ownership of resolving client banking issues while meeting service standards and managing risk.

Key Requirements

•BS/BA required; Business Administration, Finance, or Economics preferred (MBA preferred).
•Minimum 8 years of successful sales/client service experience in commercial, business, and/or private banking.
•Strong credit, underwriting, and loan structuring skills, including ability to analyze financial statements.
•Demonstrated sales and relationship management skills with the ability to develop targeted business plans and achieve annual targets.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment through NMLS (MU4R registration).
