Customer Experience Banker (Roscommon, MI) 30-35 hours week + benefits

Serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, helping them achieve their financial goals by identifying needs and proactively retaining and growing both consumer and business relationships. Educate customers on consumer deposit products, recommend appropriate banking products and services, and resolve issues accurately and efficiently while balancing daily. Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies, and use disciplined sales processes, follow-up, outbound calling, and referrals to deepen partnerships.
