Senior Manager, Corporate Development

Lead day-to-day corporate development activities for Booking Holdings, including M&A transaction execution from idea generation through closing. Conduct business due diligence, assess risks, and develop valuation and financial models. Coordinate with functional and brand teams to produce clear presentation materials and ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership and the Board of Directors. Mentor junior corporate development teammates and interact confidently with executives; occasional domestic and international travel up to 10%.
