Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the monthly close process and prepare/analyze financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • •Drive opportunities for process improvements and automation, optimize accounting systems/tools, and lead implementation of accounting best practices.
  • •Ensure US GAAP compliance and stay updated with FASB/SEC guidance, including digital asset policies.
  • •Develop, implement and enforce financial controls and policies; oversee payroll, accounts payable, expense reimbursements, and accounts receivable.
  • •Own digital asset reporting and reconciliations; support management in financial decisions and work with tax partners to file tax documents.
