Key Responsibilities

  • •Support end‑to‑end recruitment for Emirati nationals, graduates, and early‑career roles
  • •Source candidates through university partnerships, government platforms, LinkedIn, and the ATS
  • •Conduct initial phone interviews, and shortlist candidates
  • •Ensure all Emiratisation hiring aligns with government guidelines, national objectives, and internal targets
  • •Liaise and build partnerships with government entities, job boards, universities, and organisations that support Emiratisation

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
