Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain high customer service on the gym floor by engaging members with fitness expertise, motivational support, and personalized training programs.
  • •Ensure safe, effective exercise execution by attentively correcting form, advising on technique, and upholding Fitness First etiquette and regulations.
  • •Deliver sessions aligned to company PT models, run required classes (including minimum 6D classes), and perform across Fitness KPIs.
  • •Complete required training and development, including certifications (MY ZONE, 6D, RISE) and ongoing CPD requirements.
  • •Handle session and administrative duties such as daily updates in the Fitness Enterprise System, rota updates, client bookings, and maintaining session paperwork and contracts.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary Education (A level or equivalent).
  • •Personal Training Certified (REPS A level) or equivalent, or working towards it (enrolled).
  • •Personal Training qualification in line with UAEReps requirements.
  • •Ability to complete certification and training via the Fitness First Education Academy, including MY ZONE, 6D, and RISE.
  • •Complete ongoing development requirements (e.g., CPD points per quarter and annual live course).
