Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor incoming claim notifications and ensure required documents are complete and legible
  • •Verify submission documents are present and legible, and perform initial claim setup with correct statuses
  • •Enter data accurately and perform initial analysis of client-submitted claims and related documents
  • •Combine and rename claim documents as needed, and transfer them to Document Management and IBR departments
  • •Create appeal letters, analyze coversheets for reimbursement, adjust system reimbursement, and escalate problematic or missing/illegible- document claims while maintaining HIPAA compliance
