Drive flawless onboarding and offer set-up for global AmEx Offers campaigns by managing end-to-end marketing campaign onboarding steps. Review and validate process steps across the Amex Offers ecosystem, execute change requests, and coordinate with teams across US, LACC, EMEA, and APAC. Perform quality reviews, resolve launch issues with technology partners, and lead process transformation and automation to improve speed, capacity, and performance metrics in a hybrid environment.

•Collaborate with colleagues and marketing teams across US, LACC, EMEA, and APAC for seamless delivery of marketing offers.
