•Coach and advise senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, performance, team dynamics, and manager enablement at scale.
•Diagnose organizational and talent challenges, develop scalable people solutions, and lead execution to drive sustainable business outcomes.
•Use people analytics and business data to inform decision-making, anticipate organizational needs, identify trends and risks, and improve organizational health and performance.
•Lead change and transformation initiatives, ensure compliance with employment practices, and partner with People Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated people programs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 128,000 - 220,000 annually

•Strong capability to leverage people analytics and business data to identify trends, assess risk, inform decisions, and drive organizational change.
•Strong understanding of key HR domains including compensation, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations, talent management, and inclusive culture.
•Provide candid counsel and constructive challenge to leaders, using data, judgment, and influence to drive business and people outcomes.
•Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with executive presence and the ability to influence across the organization.
