Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Liaise on site with contractor, client, and other approving authorities, including addressing resident concerns.
  • •Oversee daily on-site operations and ensure construction complies with project specifications.
  • •Perform inspection duties to monitor conformance to quality, performance, specifications, and/or code requirements.
  • •Carry out surveys and measurements for quantity calculations and complete surveys for record drawings.
  • •Participate in deficiency reviews, testing and commissioning, and help with project construction completion and final acceptance documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of relevant experience in a field role on water infrastructure projects.
  • •Valid Ontario (ON) driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • •Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) and/or Certified Technician (C.Tech).
  • •Member of Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT) and Road Construction Junior Inspector (rcji).
  • •Ability to work unsupervised in a remote location.
