Job Summary

Support field inspections for commercial, industrial, and transportation construction projects by performing concrete testing, interpreting specs, and preparing field reports. You will work with project teams to ensure compliance with ASTM/ACI standards, assist in data calculations, and maintain safety and documentation as part of WSP's engineered construction group in Atlanta.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform testing on general building sites and facilities
•Interpret project plans and specifications for compliance with project requirements
•Perform sampling and testing of concrete in accordance with ASTM and project specifications and ACI Concrete Standards
•Prepare and submit written field reports summarizing daily activities/observations and density calculations and results
•Test and work in accordance with Company safety policies

Key Requirements

•0-2 years Construction Materials Testing experience on commercial/industrial construction projects with emphasis on concrete testing and inspections
•High School Diploma or equivalent
•Valid Driver’s License with good driving history
•Ability to prepare reports and documentation and strong written/verbal communication skills
•Basic knowledge of Excel and flexibility to work outside normal business hours
