•Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and perform repairs if authorized by the customer.
•Conduct multi-point inspections and make appropriate recommendations to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
•Document all work performed on each vehicle on the repair order and maintain relevant special tools inventory.
