Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and forecast rolling cash flow to ensure sufficient funds for operational needs and escalate risks to the VP, Finance Operations.
  • •Administer cash concentration and disbursement activities, including intercompany cash pooling, reconciling intercompany loans and interest, and supporting accurate group balance sheet and P&L reflection.
  • •Coordinate payroll funding with the AP Senior, ensuring cash is in place and payroll bank files are submitted and confirmed on time.
  • •Maintain day-to-day banking relationships as the first point of contact for operational banking queries, escalating strategic or contractual matters as needed.
  • •Build and mature Treasury, Banking & Insurance processes by establishing documentation and controls, improving workflows with tooling, supporting insurance administration, and maintaining internal controls over cash and treasury.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in cash management, banking operations, or treasury administration.
  • •Proficiency with accounting software, specifically NetSuite.
  • •Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
  • •Strong communication skills and comfort liaising with banks and group treasury contacts.
