Lead daily retail sales operations and drive merchandising, customer service, and store performance. Key Responsibilities

•Demonstrate and reinforce safe and environmentally compliant operations, including ensuring team members follow safety and environmental standards and use PPE.
•Maintain a consistent sales floor presence and lead customer service to deliver exceptional shopping experiences.
•Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and coach sales personnel; conduct weekly team meetings and implement company policies.
•Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising execution, performance expectations per shift, and resolution of employee and customer issues.
•Validate cash handling procedures and oversee preparation and timely submission of sales, production, and performance reports.

Key Requirements

•Experience managing customers directly and supervising employees.
•Experience handling customer payments across multiple payment methods.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email applications.
•Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays, and support nearby store locations as assigned.
•Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly and professionally in English.
