Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and status integrated project schedules in Primavera P6.
  • •Collect schedule updates from project teams, validate schedule logic, and align activities to project execution plans.
  • •Monitor critical path, float, milestones, progress trends, and schedule variances; identify risks and recommend recovery or mitigation actions.
  • •Review contractor and consultant schedules for completeness, logic, sequencing, resource loading, progress updates, and alignment with contractual and program requirements.
  • •Prepare schedule reports, look-aheads, milestone summaries, and executive-level updates; support baseline development, change impact and delay analysis, and integrated coordination with cost controls, risk management, and document controls.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules for capital projects.
  • •Hands-on Primavera P6 experience, including schedule development, logic review, progress updates, critical path analysis, and schedule reporting.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
  • •Working knowledge of scheduling best practices, baseline management, change impact analysis, milestone tracking, and schedule risk identification.
  • •Familiarity with project controls tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, Power BI, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud).
