Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult with Audit & Risk clients and HR partner groups to execute people strategy, HR processes, and reporting.
  • •Partner with clients to manage stakeholders and deliver HR solutions aligned to business needs.
  • •Support associates and managers with HR-related issues and coach people managers on leadership, org design, and performance concerns.
  • •Provide strategic workforce planning and HR consulting for client groups within Audit & Risk teams.
  • •Support core HR processes including performance and talent management, leadership development, change management, and organizational design.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 177,700 - 202,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 5 years of client-facing experience and/or consulting experience (combination allowed).
  • •At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree or military experience (preferred).
  • •Professional Human Resources certification (preferred).
