Job Summary

Provide preventative and diagnostic care to patients in their homes as a Mobile Phlebotomist. You’ll prepare with required supplies and PPE, use modern technology to access your schedule, and travel to patient locations. Perform services such as phlebotomy and specimen collection (plus low-acuity screenings like retina exams and ECGs), ensure samples are properly labeled, and coordinate lab/shipment drop-off. Operate autonomously with a strong focus on patient comfort and quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare with proper supplies and PPE at the start of each day.
•Use modern technology to access your schedule and commute to each patient’s home.
•Build warm connections with patients while collecting relevant information and performing services.
•Deliver patient-centric, low-acuity diagnostic care including phlebotomy, specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs.
•Label collected samples properly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous venipuncture experience.
•Consistently demonstrate professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion to provide high-quality health services.
•Technologically savvy; comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently or in a team environment with minimal supervision.
•State-required licensure/proof of training, Basic Life Support (BLS), and a valid Driver’s License with current vehicle insurance.
