Key Responsibilities

•Support platform operator reporting processes across the UK and EU, including tracking updates to tax authority requirements.
•Identify and implement process improvements and enhancements that impact downstream compliance processes.
•Collect and manage tax reporting data with internal/external stakeholders using tax technology tools, and drive automation.
•Monitor e-invoicing and ViDA developments and assess how evolving rules affect compliance requirements.
•Run end-to-end tax technology and finance transformation projects from initial discussion through go-live, improving end-to-end controls and efficiencies.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in a tax technology or transformation role with hands-on automation/analytical tax tools.
•Understanding of EMEA indirect tax principles and rules, with in-depth knowledge of indirect taxes and downstream compliance impacts.
•Demonstrable experience implementing e-invoicing solutions and monitoring emerging e-invoicing developments (including ViDA).
•Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills to deliver in fast-paced environments.
•Preferred: practical tax technology knowledge (e.g., Vertex, Avalara, OneSource) and ERP implementation experience (Oracle, NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA).
