Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure personal safety and maintain the highest safety and quality standards in all aspects of the job.
  • •Operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver to construction sites as specified, following dispatch instructions and applicable laws.
  • •Maintain communication with the dispatcher regarding deliveries and check delivery tickets for special instructions.
  • •Monitor vehicle gauges, maintain operator logs/forms/records in accordance with company policy and DOT regulations, and complete written reports for problems or repairs.
  • •Maintain equipment condition (clean mixer truck, safe handling/loading) and respond to customer questions/complaints related to basic product knowledge and concrete instruction.

Key Requirements

  • •Possess a valid commercial driver’s license (Class B or better).
  • •Maintain a current DOT physical card.

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent; previous ready-mix concrete experience preferred.
