Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and draft plant maintenance plans (PMs) and establish maintenance priorities based on plant operations needs.
  • •Conduct outage and weekly maintenance scheduling, optimizing critical path activities and defining WBS with stakeholders.
  • •Use Primavera P6, PasTA, MS Projects, and SAP to determine and schedule resources, track schedule updates, and produce schedule variance reports.
  • •Integrate field change requests into schedule updates, initiate/update notifications and work orders, and support major planned/forced outages planning and execution.
  • •Coordinate with procurement and vendors, track project costs, perform invoicing, and resolve schedule conflicts.

Key Requirements
