Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine laboratory testing and maintain laboratory equipment/systems.
  • •Review data versus specifications and conduct lab investigations as needed.
  • •Lead the team of lab analysts in day-to-day work.
  • •Maintain safety and ensure work systems meet quality/compliance expectations (GMP/QAC and 5S).
  • •Use IWS/AM/PM/Kaizen/5S tools and failure analysis (Why-Why) to find and fix defects and improve defect-free capability; develop procedure/DMS/tracking systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Perform analysis of raw material, packaging material, in-process material, bulk product, and finished product using P&G methods.
  • •Be experienced and have deep technical mastery of the assigned system and/or equipment.
  • •Perform lab tests including nitrogen percentage, active matter, assay methods, arsenic, free amine, hydroxyl value, identification, insoluble iron, iodine value, etc.
  • •Meet GMP and QAC requirements and maintain area standards (5S).
  • •Attend training and qualification programs, pass qualification criteria, and complete accurate documentation.
