Plan, produce, and optimize webinars, roundtables, and virtual events for Freshworks’ go-to-market teams. Coordinate global event execution—from platform setup and speaker scheduling to live production and real-time troubleshooting—while aligning content and messaging to campaign and sales priorities. Manage promotion, registration, and follow-up workflows, analyze performance, and deliver post-event insights to improve engagement through new interactive formats.

•Plan and execute virtual events and webinars across global regions, including scheduling, platform setup, speaker coordination, and live production.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to shape event content, agendas, and messaging aligned to campaign and sales priorities.
•Manage event promotion, registration, and follow-up workflows in partnership with Marketing Ops and Campaigns.
•Monitor live events to ensure smooth execution and troubleshoot issues in real time.
•Track event performance and compile post-event reports with insights and recommendations, including experimenting with new engagement formats.

•Strong organizational and project management skills to run multiple events simultaneously.
