Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead full project lifecycle delivery across multiple concurrent projects within scope, budget, programme, and quality requirements.
  • •Maintain portfolio oversight, governance, and reporting across assigned projects.
  • •Hold full P&L accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and contractor procurement.
  • •Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, Principal Contractor obligations, and all QHSE requirements.
  • •Serve as primary client interface, manage steering committees/progress meetings, and mentor multidisciplinary project teams.

Key Requirements

  • •8-10+ years’ project management experience in construction, fit-out, M&E, FM, or capital delivery.
  • •Proven Principal Contractor experience with strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • •Excellent client-facing leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Degree in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • •Professional qualification such as PMP, PRINCE2, APM PMQ, or equivalent, plus strong CDM knowledge (e.g., IOSH Managing Safely and/or SMSTS).
