Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for Broadcom’s PCIe switch portfolio, from concept and business case to launch and end-of-life management.
  • •Translate AI workload and accelerator cluster trends, high-density power/thermal requirements, and system-level architectures into hardware and software product requirements.
  • •Serve as the primary technical-business interface for hyperscalers, server OEMs, and system builders, translating customer pain points into scalable features.
  • •Collaborate with ASIC design, system engineering, firmware/software, silicon validation, and sales teams to deliver on schedule and within cost/margin targets.
  • •Develop pricing strategies, collateral, competitive analyses, and technical sales training to maximize adoption across enterprise and cloud accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of dedicated Product Management experience delivering complex hardware, semiconductor, or data center platform solutions.
  • •Strong working knowledge of data center architectures, including AI/ML server platforms, host-to-accelerator connectivity, server chassis designs, backplanes, and rack-scale infrastructure.
  • •Track record of developing product roadmaps, pricing models, ROI justifications, and managing product line P&Ls.
  • •Proven success engaging directly with hyperscalers, tier-1 OEMs, or system integrators to capture requirements and win sockets.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
